CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support or from the account area where available.
After Dispatch
Once shipped, orders cannot usually be cancelled and should instead follow the return flow if eligible.
Refund Timelines
Prepaid order refunds are usually processed back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days after approval.
