Return eligibility
Eligible items must be unused, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging within the stated return window.
Starting a return
Open My Orders, choose the relevant order and follow the return flow. Support may request photographs where required.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. COD refunds may require verified bank or UPI details.
Non-returnable products
Personal-care products, certain accessories, final-sale products and items marked non-returnable may be excluded.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Hygiene-sensitive, opened personal-care and final-sale products may be excluded.
QUALITY CHECK
Returned products are checked for condition, tags and mismatch before approval.
REFUND TIMING
Approved prepaid refunds normally take 5–7 business days.
COD REFUNDS
COD refunds may require securely verified bank or UPI details.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Report damage quickly with the order ID and clear unpacking photographs.
